Within a period not exceeding 10 (ten) working days after the inclusion of information about the joint-stock company or limited liability partnership on the portal

Function recipients

Authorized authority for state property or the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, or an executive authority financed from the local budget, authorized to manage regional/district communal property, or the apparatus of the akim of a city of district significance, village, settlement, rural district (hereinafter - organization).

Result of providing a public service

1) Formation on the portal and signing with an electronic digital signature of acts of acceptance and transfer of ownership and usage rights of state share packages (shares in the authorized capital of a LLP); 2) electronic notification generated on the portal in case of a decision to refuse to sign the acts of acceptance and transfer of ownership and usage rights of state...
