This section is intended for viewing lists of state legal entities and organizations with state participation in the authorized capital, as well as information about their financial and economic activities, provided in accordance with the Rules for maintaining the State Property Register (hereinafter - Esepte), approved by the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan on March 26, 2015, No. 207:

for objects of republican property - employees of the authorized body for state property management and the government body authorized to form state policy in the field of managing state assets in economic sectors;
for objects of regional communal property - employees of the executive body funded from the local budget, authorized to manage regional communal property;
for objects of district communal property - employees of the executive body funded from the local budget, authorized to manage district communal property;
for employees of other state bodies - for their subordinate organizations.

Access

Access is provided by the authorized operator managing the register for the following categories of users:

Individuals and legal entities. No authorization is required on the Portal, and they can view information about joint-stock companies and organizations of public interest;
State legal entities - based on a written application, within contracts concluded between the operator and the relevant state bodies;
Authorized bodies of the relevant industries - for performing their functions of control, planning, and execution of the state budget, as well as other tasks in accordance with the legislation;
Antimonopoly bodies - for monitoring market conditions and preventing monopolistic practices;
Executive bodies financed from the local budget - for managing state stock packages of joint-stock companies and shares in limited liability partnerships;
